I have always been a fish keeper, one who is fascinated with predatory and exotic fish species
found all over the world. I treasure every opportunity to study the uniqueness of the different
species first-hand, and to share my experiences with like-minded hobbyists. It is always a
challenge for me to create an ideal habitat for my fishes in the urban setting of my home,
and monitor the interactions between the different aquatic types with as minimum distractions
to them as possible.
I have grown to respect the frailty of these aquatic creatures, and I know that one of the best
ways to showcase the beauty of these species for posterity is through my photography.
Naturally, this fascination influenced my passion for aquatic photography, as I strive to freeze
the beauty of these species on print. It is my style to attempt to capture the elegance and serenity
of the fishes in motion, while retaining their unique characteristics and spirit.
For more insights into my views on aquatic species and printed work, these may be found in
top fish magazines in the US and UK, as well as in specific scientific research papers.
